WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
Great Gifts Etc.co.uk is committed to knowing that EVERY time you purchase a gift from us you are 100% satisfied. If this is not the case please contact us and let us know. We are proud to offer a no quibble guarantee. 

In the event of a customer being dissatisfied with their purchase the order can be returned within 30 days for full credit or refund provided that the item is unused and in original packaging. Please note that we cannot refund any postage and packing on returned items.

CAN I RETURN PERSONALISED ITEMS
Unfortunately if you have requested items to be engraved or personalised it is not possible to return these as they are produced specifically for the customer.
